Shipping policy

  • Shipping Options: We offer next day delivery, recorded delivery, 1st and 2nd class post options to UK customers and standard shipping to the rest of the world.
  • Cost of Shipping: For orders under £30 we charge a flat rate of £1 shipping on all UK orders, shipping is free within the UK on all orders over £30 (additional charges apply when the customer requests next day or recorded delivery).  For all orders elsewhere this charge is £15.
  • Duration of Shipping: In UK most 1st class post should be received next day, 2nd class post is 2-3 days. However, Royal Mail advise that delivery can take up to 10 days.
  • Handling Time: We aim to send all orders received by 7pm on the following working day.  This may not always be possible with large orders as all are made to order.
